Kids Sea Camp celebrates its 9 years of success in 2009!
Coming home to Curacao is a big deal this June 27-July 4th. Families from around America and the world will come back to Curacao to enjoy a week of diving, dolphins, painting, snorkeling, beautiful beaches and so much more. Kids Sea Camp is for Families with kids age 4-15. come enjoy the brand new 4 star Kontiki Village Beach & Resort, located on beautiful Cabana Beach. 1 and 2 bedroom thatch roof villas over looking saltwater pools, each with its own private balcony, Spa and restaurants, Diving and yes dolphins too. Ocean Encounters a PADI 5 star dive operation will host this years Curacao Kids sea Camp.
Kids this year will have the opportunity to become certified divers, kids age 10 and up that are already certified will enjoy some incredible diving with other kids age 10-15, Newport, Small Wall, the Tugboat and Sandy’s Plateau just to name a few. Specialties and courses available to kids and adults are: Advanced Open Water, boat diver, peak performance buoyancy and others. Adult divers will enjoy some of the best diving Curacao has to offer 2 boat dives daily and 1 night dive along with family day diving and an incredible underwater graduation for our newly certified adults and kids. That’s right, adults too, come get certified with your kids in Curacao this year. For those parents that feel their kids have cerpassed them with certifications, come take an advanced open water course or nitrox course or one of many other courses we will have available to adults this year in Curacao at Kids Sea Camp.
Families will enjoy fire works and a trip to the O- farm. Seal Team kids and Sasy kids will enjoy fun days learning to dive and snorkel and time at the beach and will also enjoy the curacao Sea Aquarium, Sea lion kisses and a dolphin encounter, Teens will enjoy a week of great diving including a dolphin encounter.
Adults and kids will have a special opportunity to paint with Ron Rogest, our guest artist and Scuba diving hall o famer!!! Ron will paint with the kids to turn out a beautiful piece of marine art that will be enjoyed for years to come. Parents can also paint with Ron during the week as well.
Ocean Encuonters has a fleet of 7 dive custom boats and 5 locations to dive from. The dive shop is located on location at Kontiki beach and kids and adults will enjoy a pasta night and beach barbaque with Bonfire. Space is limited, there is only one week this year and as one of our more popular locations, is filling up fast.
